Records in. On time. Without the chasing.
Pagiri is one white-label space where your clients hand over the documents and answers you need. They click a link in an email. No account to set up, nothing to install.
You're in via your email link. No account, no password.
The client's side, carrying your brand. “Marlow & Co” is a fictional practice, and the content is placeholder. Your clients never see Pagiri.
The Tuesday it replaces
What Pagiri does about it
Anchored to the deadlines you live by
Requests carry their statutory date — 31 January, the 7th of the month, a VAT stagger, a year-end. Reminders step up as the deadline approaches and stop the moment everything's in.
Clients actually use it
They click a link in an email and see a plain checklist: no account, no password, no portal to learn. They photograph documents with their phone, answer questions, and pick up where they left off.
Reminders with manners
Follow-ups escalate in tone instead of repeating, skip anyone who's made progress, and never ask for what's already in. Every reminder is logged, so your file shows exactly who was asked, and when.
Chases come from your firm
Reminders send from your own domain, under your name, properly authenticated — because emails from unfamiliar senders get ignored or land in spam.
See who's stuck
Who opened what, who hasn't started, which item everyone abandons — across every client and every deadline, on one screen.
Your side: one request, every item's status, and who needs a nudge. Mockup with placeholder content.
Why it pays for itself
Chasing isn't just annoying. It's paid staff time, spent asking instead of doing — and most of the cost is invisible until you add it up.
The hours you don't get back
Writing the same reminder for the fifth time, re-reading a thread to work out what's still missing, matching a loose attachment to the right client and the right year. It's not the work you bill for, and it's the work that fills the season. Pagiri does the asking, the reminding and the tracking, so that time comes back to you.
The deadline that doesn't move
Every January, the returns that go down to the wire are rarely the hard ones — they're the ones still waiting on clients. When requests go out early, chase themselves, and show you exactly who's behind, the crunch gets smaller every year.
The disputes that never happen
“You never asked me for that” is a conversation that costs goodwill on both sides. Every request, reminder, upload and answer is logged against the client and the date — the record your file needs, there without anyone writing it up.
Put together, that's the case for paying for this: it gives you back the hours your team spends chasing, and takes the scramble out of every deadline.
Why not the tools you already have?
Your practice software knows the deadline. Your client still hasn't sent the records.
Deadline lists and reminder emails already exist. What's missing is everything after the email leaves: what's arrived, what hasn't, who needs a different nudge, and when to stop asking. That's the half Pagiri does.
Receipt apps collect receipts
Bookkeeping capture tools are great at invoices and receipts. They can't ask a landlord for a mortgage statement, a director for their loan account, or a new client for onboarding answers. Pagiri collects everything else — documents and answers — in one checklist.
Built for your clients first
Portals fail because clients won't use them. Everything client-facing here works from a link, on a phone, in their language if they need it. The honest answer to “will my clients actually use this?”
I've built software for thirteen years, and the pattern I keep seeing in accounting practices is the same one everywhere: skilled people losing hours every week to chasing — the same client, the same documents, the same deadline, again. Pagiri exists to close that loop.
It's early. The product is being built alongside practising UK accountants, and the founding practices on this list have a real say in what ships. Questions? Write to [email protected]. A human (me) reads it.
Questions you'd probably ask
What do my clients have to install or sign up for?
Nothing. They get an email and click a link. No account, no password, no app.
Will it carry my branding?
Yes — your logo, your colours, your web address. Your clients see your practice, not Pagiri.
Is this tax software? Does it file anything?
No. Pagiri gets the records and answers in, complete and on time. Your existing software does the accounts and the filing — we sit in front of it, not instead of it.
Does it replace my receipt-capture app?
No. Receipt tools handle invoices and receipts for bookkeeping. Pagiri collects everything else your clients owe you — statements, documents, answers to questions, onboarding information — as one tracked checklist.
Where is our data held?
In the UK/EU, encrypted in transit and at rest. Every request, reminder, upload and download is logged. A full security page will be published at launch.
My clients don't all speak English. Does that matter?
No. Everything your clients see can appear in their language — the checklist, the reminders, the lot.
When does it open?
Mid-November 2026, ahead of Self Assessment season. We'll email the list the moment it does.
What will it cost?
Flat monthly pricing by practice size — never per user. We'll share exact pricing with the list before we open, and founding practices keep founding pricing for a full year.
One email. That's the whole ask.
Founding practices get first access before Self Assessment season — and a say in what gets built.
